10 Guarantees
The East Solano Plan includes an unprecedented set of 10 Guarantees, including a guarantee to bring 15,000 good paying jobs to Solano County, to invest $200 million in revitalizing downtowns of existing Solano cities, and to provide $500 million in community benefits for homeownership, training, and small business grants to Solano residents.
