Updating format of our town halls in response to community input

We are holding a series of town halls in Solano County to engage directly with the community and listen to their hopes for and concerns about our project. To reflect input we have received from the community, we are adjusting the format for all town halls.

• To better accommodate everyone who wants to attend, the town hall's start time will be pushed back so each event runs from 6pm to 8pm.

• Pre-registration is still recommended for the public to guarantee a seat. However, any seats that are not taken at 6pm will be released to any walk-ins.

• We will not be grouping questions together, but instead residents will be able to ask their questions directly. Following the Q&A, there will be opportunities for participants to meet with members of our planning team to ask questions in smaller breakout groups. 

Here is the schedule for remaining town halls:

• December 5: Rio Vista Town Hall at Legion Hall at the Memorial Veterans Building (reserve a seat here)

• December 6: Vacaville Town Hall at the Journey Theater (reserve a seat here)

• December 7: Fairfield/Suisun Town Hall at Willow Hall Fairfield Community Center (reserve a seat here)

• December 14: Benicia Town Hall at Charles P. Stone Hall and Spenger Memorial Garden at the Benicia Historical Museum (reserve a seat here)

• December 18: Dixon Town Hall at Dixon Olde Vets Hall (reserve a seat here)
